Where we ship
Goodsporte ships Australia-wide from Melbourne. We also ship to selected international countries (see below).
Shipping rates within Australia
- Standard shipping: $7.95
- Free standard shipping on orders of $90 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
International shipping
Standard international shipping is a flat $20.00 AUD to the countries available at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Processing and delivery
Orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within Australia usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at hello@goodsporte.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@goodsporte.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
